Name and Address Capture

We offer name and address capture on all of our hosted PBX systems. For $49.95 you will be credited with 500 name and address lookups for calls into your system. For every successful call captured, your balance will be reduced by 1 credit (your balance is reduced only if we are able to successfully retrieve the name and address). Once you have used up your credits, you have the option of automatically renewing your lookups or having to call in to replenish your credits.

While other call capture systems build the name and address capture cost into their per minute charges (thereby overcharging you for what should be a one time cost) you will only pay for successful lookups with your cfPBX system.

We can also capture name and address information for blocked numbers and for many cell phone and business callers.

Note: Caller ID phone number capture is standard on all systems at no additional charge.
