Recommended RoutersIn light of some recent findings with smaller home class routers, we have determined that most Linksys, Netgear and other "home" class routers break attended call to call transfers (which cannot be fixed) and contribute to call quality problems. SIP Prioritization/Application-level packet rewriting cannot be disabled in these small home routers as it is built directly into the firmware. We do not support any "home" class routers to use with our service. All of the business class routers below allow for dual internet redundancy (2 ports) for load balancing and failover. You may want to consider a PoE network switch for your phones so they don't have to be plugged in.
